Confiserie in Montparnasse~ Walks in Paris

While taking a walk recently in the Montparnasse area
I stumbled upon this colorful little Confiserie (sweet shop).

I can't help myself when I run across these windows.
I can't let them sit without being photographed.

I want to remember these goodies forever...

and pay homage to the pride taken in each tiny piece.

And someday I will return and sit in their delightful garden~
tasting chocolates and sipping tea!

  1. Oh my goodness - total elegance & such exquisite detail! I love that about the French - although it may be gone in one swift bite, all food is given such respect and eye-appeal...gorgeous! Warm wishes, Susie

  2. Kirsten dearest,
Thank you for coming by but most of all, thank you for being such a sweet and faithful visitor; your pictures are stunning, so stunning. I love it all and the previous post on Ladurée is breathtaking. The colors they choose are fairytale magic! This is long over-due, but you need to be on my bloglist dearest....I will do that right now.

    Have fun my friend! Anita

    Catherine~ Me too!

Anne~ I took so many shopfront window shots I could do a whole post on them. In fact, I'll probably do a few! Thanks for your comments!
